You can print most of the parts needed for a drone - and pick up almost everything else at a model shop or even a car boot sale.
This ain't going to go away, no matter how heavy handed and draconian the law gets - which is a real pisser 'cos I've got several flights booked to and from the UK over the next 6 months.
